CompSoc has been fortunate in finding a variety of organisations who have been prepared to help us in one way or another. This page lists the more major groups such as commercial enterprises who have helped us out.

  • Warburg Dillon Read
WDR have been involved with the society since Michaelmas term of 1998.. They have attended a few talks as guests, presented their own talk on "Big Brother" and have now donated a very large amount of equipment to the society.

The donation included 2 Sun UltraSparc 1's, an HP C110 and lots of SCSI disk and tape drives For a report of the event, including pictures, Click Here.
