The Shrine of Hamaskis. Recent Developments Contact the High Priest.

The shrine is currently under construction and the majority of areas within it have little or no information.
Below is a summary of where we are in the process of erecting our temple of knowledge and how we arrived at this point. The calendar below uses the so-called Allansian reckoning, since that is understood by most of the peoples of Titan, whatever their own calendar. The year 300 AC. corresponds to the Earth year 2000A.D.

Moonsday, 7th Unlocking in the year of the Eagle, 300 AC.

Foundations laid and style sheet created. Only works on Netscape Navigator v4.X. If anyone can tell me why Microsoft Internet Explorer makes such a mess of it, they should contact the High Priest. I am not so worried about other browsers at the moment. ***Style now works fine with Microsoft Internet Explorer v5.0 and later, although now Netscape has problems. Any advice on compatibility with any browser would be appreciated.

Fireday, 8th Unlocking in the year of the Eagle, 300 AC.

Foundations completed, most broken links fixed.

Stormsday, 15th Winds in the Year of the Eagle, 300 AC.

A selection of the uncertainties which have plagued the mind of the High Priest have been posted to allow others to see the questions and possibly help me to find some answers. General queries are here and those relating to the size of the planet Titan are here.

Fireday, 11th Hiding in the Year of the Eagle, 300 AC.

Preliminary list begun in the Bestiary section. In time, this will be replaced by individual entries for each creature, but for now, the list will surfice.

Stormsday, 16th Hiding in the Year of the Eagle, 300 AC.

Outline calendar prepared for the Allansian reckoning.

Highday, 22nd Hiding in the Year of the Eagle, 300 AC.

Outline of new system for damage and armour outlined in the combat section of the AFF area of the Shrine. Work in progress only.

Windsday, 27th Hiding in the Year of the Eagle, 300 AC.

Placed J. Stock's description of the post-290AC. religious revolution in the Shrine.

Seaday, 28th Hiding in the Year of the Eagle, 300 AC.

Placed in the Shrine Andre Hansen's dissertation upon the history of the kingdom known as Throben.

Earthday, 30th Close in the Year of the Eagle, 300 AC.

Began construction of the Faces and Bestiary areas of the Shrine and completed first draft of the Planes of Existence article, the List of Deities and the Supernatural Beings Index.

Moonsday, 24th Sowing in the Year of the Dog, 301 AC.

It is a long time since anything was added to the Shrine, for which I apologise. I have added 400 or so entries to the Index of Creatures in the Bestiary. I have also installed an article upon the Heraldic and Armorial Traditions of the world of Titan.

Highday, 16th Winds in the Year of the Dog, 301 AC.

A treatise by the venerable scholar and wizard Gereth Yaztromo, relating to the origin of the Brain Slayers, has been placed in the History area. Thanks are due to Jared Milnes for uncovering this valuable information.

Stormsday, 15th Hiding in the year of the Dog, 301 AC.

The long-standing Timeline of Titan has been linked from the History section of the Shrine, which has been slightly renovated as a result. Also, an area of the Shrine has been reserved for source material taken directly from the publications, with no further embellishment.

Moonsday, 16th Hiding in the year of the Dog, 301 AC.

Some changes have been made to the Planes of Existence article, the List of Deities and the Supernatural Beings Index.

Moonsday, 13th Close in the Year of the Dog, 301 AC.

Hugh Eldred-Grigg has written a study of the history and geography of Shabak. As a result, the High Priest has placed indices in the Atlas, based on the maps from the books and AFF.com. Further information on Shabak can be found at Hugh's website.

Stormsday, 28th Freeze in the year of the Spider, 302 AC.

Spurred on by Doug's article on Primitives, the High Priest has set up the indices in the Bestiary. These are a work in progress and any advice or information on beings missed would be gratefully received. The Animals index has not been completed.

Earthday, 9th Winds in the year of the Spider, 302 AC.

The excellent work of Jared Milne and Ken Beuden on the nations of the Old World and the deities of Titan respectively have at last been uploaded. The High Priest heartily recommends every visitor to take a look at these new additions.

Seaday, 1st Warming in the year of the Spider, 302 AC.

To coincide with the move from Salamonis to Femphrey, the structure of the Shrine has been simplified and the opportunity was taken to increase the uniformity of the indices and ease navigation. Unfortunately, the changes may mean that bookmarks need to be re-set and the High Priest apologises for any inconvenience.
