An important settlement in the Principality of Shabak, the city of Barlamma is here described by Hugh Eldred-Grigg.

A small town to the East of Bakulan, Barlamma is the headquarters of the Shabaki navy, which is responsible for maintaining the safety of the nation's trade. Most businessmen in the town work for the navy in some manner or other.
