An important settlement in the Principality of Shabak, the city of Kelbakna is here described by Hugh Eldred-Grigg.

A sleepy town in the shadow of the Ulakbad mountains, Kelbakna is a stopover between East and West Shabak. It is famous for its yearly market, always attended by Prince Nuno, where the riches of Shabak are shared by foreign visitors, rich, and poor alike.
