The Shrine of Hamaskis. The Planes of Existence |  ![]() |
For all that our mortal minds can percieve only one, there are many planes of existence making up the world of Titan, cocooning the planet and extending out from it like the concentric layers of an onion, except that these layers lie in dimensions beyond the physical three with which we are familiar.
Although these planes are too many to count, mortal scholars and seers have divided them into collections which possess similar qualities. Some of these are then subdivided into smaller classes, and so on ad infinitum. The following list may provide some helpful information concerning the currently favoured classification of the planes of existence. There are three Primary Planes (the Magical, Astral and Physical) and the intersections of these form the secondary planes which are of the most interest in classifications. When the first beings in the universe, Elim, Ashra and Vuh, created the worlds, they also formed the planes of existence, and just as they were each responsible for one of the families of deities, so they each had a particular affinity for one of the planes, as shown below.
| Primary Plane | Creator | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Magical | Elim | |
| Astral | Ashra | |
| Physical | Vuh |
| Secondary Plane | Primary Planes | Native Inhabitants | Other Notes |
